The first week of September officially launched the learning sessions of Silid Aralan Inc. From Luzon, Visayas and down to Mindanao, the respective volunteers of each learning hub met with the SAI learners, new and old alike, in an online and face to face experience. It is indeed a remarkable beginning, nothing short of a success, in which the organization had finally returned to operating face to face classes after two long years of pandemic. Following proper health protocols, Silid Aralan unleashes its full force in upholding the steadfast mission of transforming the youth, discovering their sense of purpose and love for learning.

The first four sessions are based in the 4 Learning Plans, each with different topics yet equal quality of learning⁠—regulated within the five spokes of learning, namely: motivate, escalate, create, integrate and celebrate, along with the routines, lifelong learning skills and core competencies. By October until December, both the volunteers and learners would have to utilize the Silid Aralan Journal which consists of various stories with transformative morals. Indeed, Silid Aralan strongly imposes empowerment in the total aspect of what makes up a child.

Hence, together with SAI’s individual and institutional partners and passionate motivators, this learning year will be one to create change and impart shared success.
