Silid Aralan, Inc.’s first all-teacher co-learners training was culminated last July 18,2015 (Saturday) at Max’s Restaurant in San Mateo, Rizal.
This year’s co-learner training started on June 20; for the first time in SAI’s history, the trainees were all teachers. Ms. Arlyne Acosta –Operations Manager of SAI and Mr. Arcie G. Mallari –SAI Co-Founder and Executive Director, facilitated the five-Saturday training. The training encompassed the applications of Silid Aralan core values and Ms. Acosta taught the Silid Aralan Learning Technology (SALT).
Dr. Marissa Ibanez –Rizal Schools Division Superintendent, was present at the culmination to honor the new SAI Co-Learners. Out of the twenty-four teachers from various public schools, plus Angelo Carlo Roxas –a graduate student from San Beda College, who applied to the training, only thirteen teachers (including Angelo), were declared as the new Silid Aralan Co-Learners.
