Training and equipping our Co-learners with the necessary skills and knowledge before the learning year begins are important activities for SAI.

Given this, the Learning Management Team organized this year’s Co-learner Empowerment Training and conducted it last August 6 to 10 2019. The 5-day training was attended by 6 Co-learners, each representing one learning hub. This year, aside from conducting sessions and introducing and discussing different topics, we also injected an Exposure Trip for the Co-learners.
