It was an awe-inspiring moment with the learners of Siargao last September 12, 2023, always kilig to witness all the beautiful moments that make up the magnificent story. Not all students have the same playing field when it comes to accessing quality and relevant education, most specially those in far-flung island communities. That is why in Silid Aralan Inc. we level the opportunities to those who are least, lost, and last. We conducted a two-day training for Nanay Jen to empower her and collaborate with her as we prepare for Learning Year 2023-2024. Nanay Jen inspires her students to continue learning amidst their life situation by being an example herself. As a teacher, Nanay Jen acknowledges the fact that she still has so much to learn when it comes to teaching her students, hence, she engages herself in various seminars and trainings so she can be a better teacher to her students.
