For Silid Aralan, 2023 has been a year full of new learning, great opportunities and blessings. A celebration to cap off a year of blessings and another learning term filled with the learners’ wins was something SAI did in December as a mark of gratitude, recognition and appreciation. All the learning hubs celebrated a year-end party which was always a great way to celebrate the ending of a year with the learners and co-learners together.

Silid Aralan celebrated the Year-End Parties between December 2-13, 2023 in different learning hubs with the theme “Emotions in Color.” The learners dressed up in their favorite color from head to toe. To make the party even more special, Silid Aralan prepared games, gifts, dance presentations, and delicious food and drinks for all the learners. The parties started with an opening prayer that was led by a learner and proceeded to the different kinds of games where learners can play and compete with one another with enjoyment. The learners also showcased their dance skills through a dance presentation. And of course, no party is complete without delicious food and gifts happily given to all the learners before the party ends.

Overall, the year-end party of 2023 was a fun-filled and memorable event with games, gifts, dance performances, and mouth-watering food. The activity made people experience the good feeling derived from the act of giving and sharing. It was a successful event and everyone had so much fun!
