Challenges may arise while providers give their customers the best service they can, but how can providers arrive at a solution to overcome a challenge? Having this in mind, SAI organized a Creativity and Innovation Training that was facilitated by its resource speaker, Mr. Masaki Mitsuhashi. It was held last January 23, 2024 and it was attended by seven (7) SAI staff via the Zoom Meeting Room. The training aims to encourage the SAI staff to be more creative and innovative when faced with challenges and to be problem solvers.

One of the key takeaways from the said training is “to fall in love with the problem and not with the solution.” This mindset would allow the exploration of more creative and innovative ideas.
