The start of SAI Head Co-Learners Development Program (SHCLDP)

ast May 22 to 23, 2024, a two-day training on Module 1 of the SAI Head Co-Learners Development Program (SHCLDP) was conducted. The training was headed and facilitated by the Learning and Development Assistant and the organization’s Chief Motivation Officer, Arcie Mallari, was the resource speaker. The training was entitled, “Cultivating Effective SAI Leaders from Within”. This training and development program aims to have a more effective and competitive leaders inside the organization. It was participated by the three (3) Head Co-Learners from the Learning Management Team. The training has the following objectives:

  • Develop a Leadership Mindset: Participants will explore the core principles and characteristics of effective leadership.
  • Sharpen Leadership Skills: Through interactive activities and practical exercises, Head Co-Learners will hone key leadership skills such as communication, delegation, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Embrace the Importance of Effective Leadership: The module will emphasize the impact of strong leadership on the success of the Learning Hubs and overall organizational goals.

This training also defines the difference between a leader and a manager, and also helps the participants distinguish what are their roles as leaders and what are their roles as managers. After the two-day training, the Head Co-Learners created a process flow of the services they offer to their customers within Silid Aralan and to their partners. They commit to follow and create more effective ways to enhance the services and strategies being used for the Silid Aralan Program.
