Bridging the distance: Learning and development at Silid Aralan

Silid Aralan, Inc. recently held a series of in-person and online trainings as part of its ongoing Silid Aralan Head Co-Learners Development Program (SHCLDP). Held on July 12, 13, and 23, the sessions covered essential topics such as coaching, financial management, and project monitoring and evaluation.
Designed to cultivate leadership and management skills among Head Co-Learners, the SHCLDP is a cornerstone of Silid Aralan’s commitment to developing its human capital. To further enhance the organization’s capacity, select staff members also participated in the financial management and project monitoring and evaluation trainings.
Launched in May 2024 and set to conclude in March 2025, this comprehensive program aims to equip Silid Aralan with the tools and knowledge necessary to optimize resource management and project oversight. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, the organization is empowering its team to become more efficient, responsible, and responsive to the needs of stakeholders and customers.
