July 18, 2023 was the first day of the Learning Management Team training. The training was conducted in preparation for Learning Year 2023 – 2024. All of the Head Co-learners (Kuya Mel, yours truly, and Ate Rox) together with the LMT Head (Kuya Gelo) felt the nervousness and excitement.

On July 15, a heartwarming engagement activity took place at Silid Aralan’s learning hub in MTC. Pass It Forward and Infozutek, two philanthropic organizations, collaborated to create a memorable experience for all involved.

On July 6, I attended the Regional Partnership Forum 2023 of the Department of Education Regional Office XII where I met various organizations and learned about the activities that the Regional Office does to involve and engage organizations in the provision of quality educational services and support to the students. On July 7, the MOA signing between the Department of Education – Division of South Cotabato and Silid Aralan, Inc. was conducted at the Division Office of South Cotabato.

The Sandiwaan: Pagkilala at Pagpupugay sa Ugnayan ng Katuwang sa Komunidad event was held on June 17, 2023, at Leong Hall, Ateneo de Manila University. It celebrated the collaborative efforts between Ateneo de Manila’s Office for Social Concern and Involvement (OSCI), Silid Aralan, Inc. and other organizations. Leo Amisola from the Business Development Team and Roxanne Montances from the Learning Management Team of Silid Aralan attended the event.

On May 29 & May 30, 2023, the Business Development Team held its New Employee Training and Onboarding at the Central Learning Hub in Rodriguez, Rizal. The purpose of the training is to orient the new and old team members on the Silid Aralan Business Development Team roles and responsibilities to help them succeed in their new role.
