Latest Activities

Since June 2024, Silid Aralan, Inc. (SAI) has been empowering its Head Co-Learners through a comprehensive development program. This initiative, known as the SAI Head Co-Learners Development Program (SHCLDP), aims to cultivate strong leaders from within the organization and ultimately enhance the services offered to SAI stakeholders.

The culminating activity allows learners to showcase their learning and demonstrate their growth. It also provides a sense of closure and achievement before moving on to the next level of their sessions at SAI. This is a momentous occasion, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another in the endless journey of learning. The learners have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to their own growth and development. They have shown a thirst for knowledge, a willingness to take risks, and a determination to overcome challenges along the way. Their achievements are a testament to the power of curiosity, perseverance, and the desire to expand the boundaries of their understanding.

Last May 22 to 23, 2024, a two-day training on Module 1 of the SAI Head Co-Learners Development Program (SHCLDP) was conducted. The training was headed and facilitated by the Learning and Development Assistant and the organization’s Chief Motivation Officer, Arcie Mallari, was the resource speaker. The training was entitled, “Cultivating Effective SAI Leaders from Within”. This training and development program aims to have a more effective and competitive leaders inside the organization. It was participated by the three (3) Head Co-Learners from the Learning Management Team.
