The Silid Aralan session is a time filled with various happenings that shape the lives of students and contribute to their overall growth and development. The learners are learning on how to interact with other people and on how to become independent. They also acquire learning from other personal experiences. The learners attend sessions, participate in discussions, complete learning activities, and team up with groupmates. The sessions provide learners with opportunities to gain knowledge, develop critical thinking skills, and expand their skills and talents such as drawing, dancing, and more. Learners participate in these activities to explore their interests, showcase their talents, and develop important skills such as teamwork, leadership, and time management.

This month is the official opening of the 2nd term of LY 2023-2024. The 2nd term program will run from February 2024 to April 2024. During the last term, the Ground Zero learners learned about emotions, the Jr. iLEAD learned about the right to education, and the Sr. iLEAD learned about Sustainable Development Goal #4 (quality education) with focus on learners with special needs.

his year’s first term of learning sessions was successfully implemented from September 2023 to January 2024. The Co-learners provided everything that is necessary to reach the goals and objectives of every learning session. Reflecting on what transpired during the implementation of the learning plans, the learners’ active engagement during learning sessions and the parents’ commitment to help in maintaining the learning hubs were truly evident.
