Launched in 2012, iLEAD is a leadership program that starts off with character building. It is a 6-year program with two levels:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SAI Junior iLEAD (grades 5-7)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Junior iLEAD learning sessions focus on the Rights of a Child (United Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child). Learners are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of their rights and the responsibilities that go hand-in-hand with them. The learners are equipped with leadership skills such as problem solving, risk taking, and team management.
