The training was conducted in preparation for Learning Year 2023 – 2024. All of the Head Co-learners (Kuya Mel, yours truly, and Ate Rox) together with the LMT Head (Kuya Gelo) felt the nervousness and excitement. The nervousness was because of the changes that SAI is going to implement. These changes will challenge the adaptability, communication skills, and the capacity of the Learning Management Team to learn new things. However, the team is sure of this: it is not going to be easy but it is going to be fun.<\/span><\/p>\n The opening remarks delivered by the Chief Motivation Officer of SAI, Kuya Arcie, made the team members realize that they need to passionately do everything they can for the sake of the learners. Throughout the 4 days of training, the LMT members learned the things that they need to know to function well as a Head Co-Learner, from the preparation of curriculum to the implementation of the sessions, from the Silid Aralan Learning Technology for Education to Project-Based Learning. It was a meaningful 4-day experience for the LMT and the team is passionately hoping that it will effectively implement this new learning experience to all of the learning hubs that will be handled. The LMT is excited and hopeful that this Learning Year 2023-2024 shall bring more meaning and empowerment, and give countless learning adventures to all of us.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
