(SAI) has been empowering its Head Co-Learners through a comprehensive development program. This initiative, known as the <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">SAI Head Co-Learners Development Program (SHCLDP)<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, aims to cultivate strong leaders from within the organization and ultimately enhance the services offered to SAI stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The program is divided into two distinct phases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Phase One: Instructional Leaders<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> &#8211; Equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as instructional leaders within the SAI program.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Phase Two: Organizational Leaders<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> &#8211; Develops the leadership capabilities of participants on a broader organizational level.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The program kicked off in June with a series of foundational modules designed to equip Head Co-Learners with a thorough understanding of their roles and the SAI programs.
