(SAI), in collaboration with Phlourish Meantal Health Initiative Inc., successfully conducted a workshop for SAI\u2019s ILEAD learners. Titled SUPER (Support for Emotion Regulation), the workshop aimed to equip the new generation with essential skills in understanding, managing, and evaluating their emotions.<\/span><\/p>\n \n The session was held at the SAI Central Learning Hub located at Montalban Town Center, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, learners were introduced to practical strategies for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and mindful decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n \n Workshops like this play a vital role in helping iLEAD learners strengthen their ability to manage emotions, make sound decisions, and maintain emotional balance. By learning how to cope with negative emotions and transform them into positive actions, learners are better prepared to handle everyday challenges and responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n \n The single-session workshop was attended by 11 ILEAD learners and was facilitated by two mentors from Phlourish.
