Sr. iLEAD 2026: From Passion to Project

Julius Nico E. Saturno, Head Co-Learner

April 2026

April 18, 2026 — Empowerment took center stage as the Sr. iLEAD program celebrated its culminating activity, marking a year of intense growth, career exploration, and leadership development. The event was a powerful display of the readiness of our senior learners to take on the challenges of the world. Throughout the year, these learners have been guided by dedicated coaches to align their passions with their community projects. The culmination served as a platform for them to showcase not just what they have learned, but who they have become.

The project showcase was evaluated by Mr. Arcie G. Mallari, the Founder and Chief Motivation Officer of Silid Aralan, Mrs. Hazel B. Mallari, the Administrative Services Team Leader, and Mr. Ramses Chad Tupang, an IT student intern from Colegio de Montalban, as guest judges. Mr. Julius Nico E. Saturno, Head Co-Learner of Silid Aralan, spearheaded the activity supported by the coaches from each group, Mr. Jansel G. Escanillas and Ms. Valen T. Reyes. The senior iLEAD learners didn’t just study leadership—they practiced it. By aligning their passions with community-based projects, they proved that they are ready for the world beyond school.

The culminating activity was more than just a ceremony; it was a celebration of a year-long journey in career exploration and leadership. As these learners move forward, Silid Aralan remains committed to being the bridge between their potential and their chosen futures.
