MONTALBAN, RIZAL — Growth isn’t just something we teach our learners; it’s something we live out as leaders. To continuously strengthen our operations and deepen collaboration across our programs, Silid Aralan, Inc. (SAI) marked a significant leadership shift taking effect this mid-2026.

For us at SAI, leadership in motion isn’t about titles or corporate ladders—it’s about stepping into new spaces, sharpening our grit, and serving our community with fresh perspective.

Ate Krisha Burgos, who previously led our Partnership and Resource Mobilization Team, has officially stepped into her new role as Team Leader of the Learning Management Team. She brings her rich experience in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement directly into how we nurture and develop our learning frameworks.

Meanwhile, Kuya Arcie Mallari, who previously headed the Learning Management Team, now takes the helm as Team Leader of the Partnership and Resource Mobilization Team. He will be steering our efforts to cultivate meaningful alliances, engage supporters, and secure the resources needed to keep our grassroots mission thriving.

This transition reflects SAI’s commitment to growing our own leaders. By encouraging our team to apply their strengths across different areas of the organization, we ensure that our approach remains dynamic, responsive, and deeply rooted in the needs of the communities we serve.

We celebrate Ate Krisha and Kuya Arcie as they step fully into this new chapter. Together, we continue the work: building partnerships, enriching learning spaces, and unlocking the potential of every low-performing learner.
