October 2025
On October 11, 2025, San Nicolas Elementary School (SNES) buzzed with energy as 50 dedicated teachers and 5 enthusiastic Co-learners participated in a vital Co-Learners Capacity Building Training spearheaded by Silid Aralan, Inc. (SAI). The one-day event, designed to fortify the partnership and prepare the team for the upcoming academic program, was a resounding success.
The SAI team, led by Mr. Arcie G. Mallari and Mr. Julius Nico Saturno, received an exceptionally warm welcome. Leading the charge was SNES Principal, Mr. Orlando Pascua, whose visible support and commitment underscored the school’s readiness for transformation. His active participation, alongside the teachers and Co-learners, set a powerful tone of unity and purpose. The intensive training session was crucial. Its primary goal was to thoroughly orient the educators and Co-learners on Silid Aralan’s mission and the specific program designed for SNES learners. Understanding the program’s objectives and its profound benefits for the learners is a critical first step. This training ensured that every participant was aligned, not just in method, but in the shared vision of empowering every student at SNES.
The core of the program lies in the hands of the trained participants. The five (5) Co-learners who actively engaged in the capacity-building exercises are now equipped to be the frontline champions of the program. These newly capacitated individuals will be responsible for handling the learning sessions and driving the program’s success within the school. Their motivation and commitment promise a brighter, more engaging educational experience for all SNES students. This is more than just training; it is an investment in the future of San Nicolas Elementary School.
